The Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI) is looking for a passionate and driven early-career wine industry technician to join the Industry Development and Support group. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support across viticulture, oenology, and sustainability, responding to industry enquiries and helping to drive innovation through extension and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have degree in viticulture and oenology and practical industry experience of grapegrowing and winemaking production practices. They will be an excellent communicator and work well within a busy team environment.
