Australia’s wine industry is already feeling the effects of climate change, with our weather becoming increasingly variable. This workshop will take an in-depth look at the climate change projections for each region and the impacts for grape and wine production. The first half of the workshop will be focused on key mitigation strategies in the vineyard, including a vineyard walk to see strategies in practice. The second half will cover mitigation strategies in the winery, including a winery tour to see strategies in practice.
