Spray diaries are a record of agrochemical applications in the vineyard during the growing season. Spray diaries provided by wineries or grape purchasers may have subtle variations. Therefore, growers who provide fruit to more than one buyer, have to come to terms with multiple diaries with different formats and terminology. For this reason the AWRI in conjunction with industry has developed a universal spray diary format and set of terminology that can be used. This diary is designed to record the minimum amount of information that should be provided to the winery or grape purchaser. It is, however, recommended that growers check with their winery or grape purchaser in case additional information is required.
